Shipping and delivery
All orders with amounts exceeding 49 euros are shipped free of charge via DHL courier with express mode within 24/48 hours to the shipping address indicated by the Customer on the Order. In the case of orders with a lower amount, €7.90 will be automatically charged.
Free delivery is always provided for Mercato San Severino and surrounding areas (Baronissi, Fisciano, Castel San Giorgio, Roccapiemonte).
Upon receiving the goods at your home, we ask you to check the integrity of the packages upon delivery by the courier. In case of anomalies you will have to have them detected and noted exactly by the courier and reject the delivery after mandatory communication to Gioielli Moscariello also by contacting customer service via e-mail at shop@gioiellimoscariello.it
Abroad we always ship with DHL EXPRESS and times vary depending on the country. When the Order is shipped, you receive an email with the shipment tracking code, i.e. the tracking code with a link that refers to the courier's website and the shipment status. This number, the tracking code, is used to monitor the progress of the shipment and the expected delivery date. Orders with items immediately available, with payment made by credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery made by 11:00 am are shipped within the same evening or within 24 hours if the item is in one of our stores. For all orders that include items on reserve, the date is indicated at the time of order confirmation.
